Excellent vegetarian dishes where the flavor of each of them is enhanced by the delicious desserts in a quiet atmosphere, tables available at the moment, an excellent, highly recommended place to eat even without being a vegetarian 👍

Found by chance on our evening in Toulouse, it was a pleasant surprise, with very tasty vegetarian dishes, rich in well-balanced ingredients. And for non-vegetarians also a fish or meat dish. Highly recommended if you want something different from the usual grilled meat!!!

What a delicious surprise this restaurant is! While traveling by bike, I called the same morning to find out if I could eat while still having a look at my loaded bike. The manager was very understanding and told me it was possible. In terms of catering it is impeccable, I have been cooking organic for many years and always hesitate to go to a restaurant! Well, everything is perfect here, the choice, the originality, the quality and the kindness, everything is there! An experience to repeat and an address to recommend!
