I have never been disappointed until now, I have had different dishes and I have enjoyed it each time, tasty and hearty dishes but today the homemade lasagna, a disaster. It's really hard to say but honestly nothing was right, the portion, the color, the taste, the dough. To put it simply, no tomato sauce, only small pieces of peeled tomatoes here and there, almost no ground meat, the equivalent of half a ground steak. It was like the different layers of lasagna pasta stacked so soft that you think they were bathed in water. If I hadn't only had 45 minutes to eat I would have gone back to give my opinion orally and why not find a solution. I ate this dish feeling disappointed and hungry. I will go back but never again for the lasagna. I know it's negative but far from being an attack on your restaurant.
