08/09/2024: This is our first time going to this restaurant. The staff is friendly and polite. The plates were well prepared, the food in sufficient quantity, and there is nothing to say about the cooking. There are a few downsides to note... When booking, by telephone, it was not specified that a single menu (€44/person) is served on Sundays. A person of a certain age, whom we identify as the boss, visibly only says hello to the regulars, and not to us. After opening the bottle of wine, the waiter put away the cork. I would have preferred to smell it. We had an aperitif, and the appetizers arrived a few minutes later (a neighboring table asked for them) The service is too long. With the 2 rooms full, apart from a few tables not occupied: noisy atmosphere. (A few tables expressed dissatisfaction and/or comments on the service) In view of the overall service, and the average price per place, the quality/price ratio is not optimal. A suggestion (idea) was made at a neighboring table: we may have temporary problems (this is understandable) but in this case why not limit the reception capacity? And thus offer a better service. 08/07/2024: It is always with great pleasure that we come to this restaurant where the cuisine and the service are excellent and after dessert we can exchange a few words with the owner. To advice
