But once seated... the verdict is in!
Tonight, Thursday, there was neither tarte flambée nor pizza.
Unfortunate.
Especially since this wasn't specified when we made the reservation.

A true Alsatian restaurant with most of the specialties: tarte flambée, potato dumplings (like Grandma used to make), potato pancakes with Munster cheese, vol-au-vent, spätzle... The decor is unique, and there's even an Alsatian museum upstairs. The witch, the emblem of this region, is prominently featured. A friendly chef translates the Alsatian proverbs displayed on the walls.

A wonderful discovery! The restaurant offers traditional cuisine bursting with flavor, with generous and well-prepared dishes. Dog-friendly restaurant ++! Lunch for a birthday celebration for a table of about ten people. The food was excellent, the staff charming and attentive, and the decor perfectly captured the region's folklore surrounding witches, combined with traditional elements. The only minor drawback was the wait time, which was explained as we were a large group.
