The food was excellent; we went twice and it was perfect both times. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the fondue and pizzas were superb! The ingredients were very good, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting.

A wonderful discovery! Isa is a wonderful host: A warm welcome, exquisite cuisine, and we were even lucky enough to have a pianist. I highly recommend it for those looking for a bit of life rather than a sterile atmosphere! (Personally, I found the setting romantic, but to each their own.) All the best to both Isas! Séverine

Great restaurant! Top-notch staff! Very good pizzas, and the large one is perfect for big eaters 🤩 Evening with a pianist! I'll definitely be back as soon as I return to Vichy.

Good pizza with a thin, crispy crust and just the right toppings. I also really enjoyed the tiramisu. Plus, the staff is lovely; it's simply a place where you feel good. Keep up the good work!

25/02/2026: An impeccable atmosphere, a warm welcome, and a superb pizza. They're very generous with the pizza, a welcome change from pizzerias that skimp on toppings. Here, every slice is top-quality! I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves it!

01/03/2026: Initially, we had planned to go to the restaurant next door, but it was closed on Thursdays. So we tried Le Florancia, and what can I say? We weren't disappointed at all. The service was excellent, as was the welcome. The food was delicious and not too heavy. We enjoyed the lunch menu, and none of the dishes disappointed us. It's definitely a place we'll be returning to. The restaurant was packed that Thursday, by the way. Thank you for a lovely time, and see you soon!
25/02/2026: I had a very good meal at this pizzeria. The menu is intentionally small, which for me is a real sign of fresh, high-quality ingredients. My pizza was excellent, very generously topped, and delicious. The dessert menu didn't include a "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee), but I asked for one anyway, and they found a way to make it happen, which I really appreciated. The service was also impeccable, very professional and friendly. One small drawback, however: the music isn't great and is a bit too monotonous. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant in Vichy!
