Schaeffer sur Obernai

Generous pastries with authentic good taste and ice creams to "melt"

Delicious food and super friendly staff

The best rhubarb tart I've ever eaten, a delight!

A fantastic place in Obernai to treat yourself! The milkshake was absolutely delicious, so refreshing and indulgent. As for the ice cream, the quality is so high that one scoop is more than enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. I highly recommend this pastry shop!

Nice place, friendly staff, we were a little hungry, so we had onion tart and salad, and to finish, a slice of Black Forest cake. It was excellent and reasonably priced.

A friend and I made a bet: We each got a scoop of amarena ice cream from the two rival ice cream shops. What they say is true! The pictures speak for themselves. And I won my bet! 🤣

As big ice cream lovers, especially of strawberry flavors (coming from the Loire-Atlantique region), we can say that the quality and generous portions of your artisanal ice cream are superior. The team of young students are FANTASTIC, kind, friendly, and pleasant. Thank you so much to you both, Charlize and Pierre! Blandine and Antony 👍

We were captivated by this incredibly delicious break in this tea room where everything is authentic. The welcome was warm and friendly, the service quick and excellent! As for the sweet treats, words fail me... the three-scoop sundae with whipped cream was exquisite, according to my daughter, who is an ice cream expert at 14! I had my eye on the traditional slice of Black Forest cake, which had been tempting me since the beginning of the week. I hadn't tasted this pastry since my childhood, and at 45 years old, being on holiday in Obernai, I simply had to indulge! I was served an incredibly generous slice, and the taste was there... the Black Forest cake of my childhood! My favorite cake! It took me right back a few years, and I truly loved it, even more than that! Keep up the good work of making your customers dream and travel by offering them such happiness for their taste buds! An ice cream shop that offers very generous and, above all, delicious ice cream portions. The prices are high, but seasonal, and at least it's delicious and filling, even with just two scoops. The only downside is the wait time to be served, which can be a bit long if you have a sweet tooth!

Best pastry and ice cream shop in Obernai!!! The quality is excellent and the waitresses are always super friendly :) It's always a pleasure to enjoy an ice cream or pastry from Schaeffer, I highly recommend it!
