Very good food, although sometimes a bit heavy, excellent oysters, generous portions. Attentive service, charming and very helpful staff. Old-fashioned dining room, but that's part of the charm of old Parisian brasseries.

I hadn't been to Sébillon for about ten years. I booked a table for Easter Sunday and their famous leg of lamb, and I wasn't disappointed! Excellent! We started with oysters and finished with profiteroles and floating island: the shellfish were incredibly fresh, and the desserts were just like homemade. The staff was very efficient: quick, friendly, and attentive. In short, I won't wait another ten years to go back! Reservations are essential given the popularity of this Parisian brasserie.

I discovered this restaurant on Instagram and went there this month.
The negative points for me were the slow service. I went at lunchtime, and the restaurant wasn't full, yet the wait between courses was particularly long. I currently have difficulty walking, and when I made the reservation, I asked if the dining room and facilities were accessible for people with reduced mobility. I was told yes, that there was a small step at the entrance, but that there was a ramp if needed. When I arrived, I was told that the restrooms were at the bottom of a flight of stairs. There are accessible restrooms, but they are outside the restaurant, in a separate room, and there was a leak.
On the positive side, it's a lovely, pleasant restaurant. The servers were friendly and smiling, and the service was excellent. The food was also very good. I ordered the Sébillon menu and I found the quality/quantity/price ratio to be quite good. Overall, it's a good restaurant and I would be happy to return. I highly recommend it.

An institution that remains true to itself… Excellent food prepared according to time-honored techniques: a leg of lamb cooked to perfection with meltingly tender white beans, all served right before our eyes by a team of professional waiters whom we are always delighted to see on each visit. 👏👏👏👏

The food was impeccable, the prices very affordable, and the service generally very professional and pleasant, with the exception of one (tall) waiter who was extremely unpleasant. When we asked him where the restrooms were, he shouted, "Downstairs, downstairs!" Later, when we asked him to move the table so we could leave, he was incredibly rude and mocked me because I hadn't moved my chair immediately (I simply hadn't thought of it at the time). He clearly seemed to have no interest in helping us.
When it came time to pay, he didn't even speak to us: he simply made a strange hand gesture, then put down the machine for me to swipe my card, still without saying a word.
As we were leaving, he rushed us out, simply saying goodbye, without checking if we had collected our coats. I had to tell him that we had our coats to get back. His attitude was truly unprofessional. We don't understand why he was so unpleasant to us.
During the meal, we preferred to speak to his colleagues, even though we had to wait a little. The lady and gentleman who had greeted us from the start, however, were very kind. My daughter said, "The lady is very sweet." Thank you again; we were so glad they were there to make our time at the restaurant enjoyable.
