Sélune sur Paris

Very nice gastronomic discovery with Sélune. A 5-course tasting menu full of flavors that encourages you to travel. The dishes are both delicate, striking and sometimes very regressive (special mentions for the Jerusalem artichoke rosti and the madeleine for dessert). I don't like black pudding or Brussels sprouts. However, this entry definitely convinced me that a talented chef can change our minds. The service is professional, efficient, relaxed and fun. Congratulations also for the selection of quality wines! Come and discover the team and the cuisine, you will be in good hands with Bérangère and Célia! In any case, we will come back!

This is the third time we've been there and we still love it just as much. The recipes are carefully prepared. The efficient and friendly service. Nothing to complain about... See you soon 😄

A superb evening for a birthday. We had the private lounge for 12 people. The team is super nice. We ate very well: a perfect balance between flavors, proportions, deliciousness, ... I will come back, that's for sure!

It's good, it's beautiful, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Going there means supporting good, intelligent catering and responsible producers. We have to go!

An address to be very, very strongly recommended. We had a great time with particularly pleasant service but above all the dishes offered: the veal liver tataki and the tamago eggs were just killer. This blend of flavors is so subtle. Anyway first time but not the last.

Une belle table comme on les aime. Les assiettes sont belles et finement cuisinées. Le service est chaleureux et l’ambiance très agréable. Cela n’était pas ma première fois et certainement pas la dernière. La prochaine fois je me lance dans le menu 100% saint-Jacques.
