A very warm and friendly place. The traditional dishes were very well prepared and generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our flammekueche, spätzle, and sauerkraut. The kitchen even accommodated our request for a flammekueche that was half vegetarian and half cheese-free! The service was very pleasant and quick, with a warm welcome. Lovely Christmas decorations for December.

While exploring the region, we stopped here for lunch. It's a very atmospheric place with delicious local food: snails, pork knuckle, local dumplings, and braised meats are all delicious. Excellent wine, very empathetic service, and a child- and dog-friendly place. It's worth stopping by if you're in the area.

12/12/2025: A pleasant surprise, there were four of us and we chose to eat Rosti Chèvre, Rosti, Baeckeoffa and Jambonneau. All the dishes were delicious.
