Shaxian Snacks sur Paris

A great discovery of a Chinese restaurant with excellent traditional recipes. I tried the rice noodles which were very well cooked with many equally good accompaniments. The service was friendly but it's a shame there weren't more servers because they seemed very overwhelmed and stressed. I will happily come back to try the other typical dishes which looked delicious!

Quality Chinese fast food restaurant. The beef noodle soup and beef marmite were both delicious without an excessive saltiness or MSG. The dishes were generously portioned with a mix of vegetables and protein, and the beef cubes had a good balance of lean meat and fats. Self-serve chili on the side can pack quite a punch! Expect traditional Chinese restaurant service. It tends to be busy during weekday lunches, and making the interior quite noisy when at full capacity.

Good and friendly, perfect for the lunch break. Not many vegetarian options!
