While in the neighborhood, I discovered Shiba Café and it was a very pleasant surprise. I chose a matcha, carefully prepared and perfectly balanced. The flavor is authentic, with lovely vegetal notes and a slight bitterness characteristic of good matcha, without being overpowering. The café offers a warm and soothing atmosphere, ideal for taking a break, working for a few moments, or simply enjoying some relaxation. The welcome is warm and the service attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the care taken in the presentation of the drinks and the friendly ambiance of the place. An excellent discovery that I recommend to coffee and matcha lovers!

The Shiba Café is an absolute must-visit in Paris! They serve the best matcha in the entire city—rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The menu offers a great variety of drinks and food, so there is something for everyone, and everything we tried tasted amazing. The service is incredibly fast, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Both of the employees we interacted with were super nice, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The quality of the products is excellent, and while the prices are on the higher side, they are very reasonable for Paris. Let's be honest—Paris is an expensive city, and compared to many other places, the prices here are fair for the quality you receive. Overall, a fantastic café with outstanding matcha, great service, plenty of choices, and excellent quality. We will definitely be coming back!

Go to place for coffee with my colleagues. We come here almost every week. Haven't tried the cookies due to a dairy allergy but the drinks are great. I love their iced hojicha latte especially, and the decaf mocca.
