Shiba Café sur Paris

Go to place for coffee with my colleagues. We come here almost every week. Haven't tried the cookies due to a dairy allergy but the drinks are great. I love their iced hojicha latte especially, and the decaf mocca.

very pretty and modern cafe in an area where there are a lot of traditional French boulangeries. it’s nice if you just need a take away. coffee was great and I had a caramel cookie which was also very tasty. the place is beautiful and the girl offered very nice attention :)

Having come here regularly for the past two years, I felt compelled to share my opinion: it's simply the best coffee and matcha in Paris (and I've tried a lot!). Generous portions, perfectly frothed and measured milk. Double shots of coffee. Everything is top-notch: coffee, matcha, grey latte. I highly recommend it if you appreciate good coffee (and good company, big shout-out to Joelle and Arnaud!).

I stopped by to try it out, and honestly, for someone who doesn't know anything about it, the barista gave me some really great advice! I recommend it, and thank you 😊

The best specialty coffee shop in Paris. The drinks are delicious, the matcha is a must-try—real, high-quality matcha—and the prices are reasonable. The owners are lovely. I highly recommend this place!

The new Shiba Café location is definitely worth a visit! Even bigger, more beautiful, and more Shiba than the previous one. It's even better than before!

After discovering it on TikTok, I went there today. I had an iced matcha with extra vanilla syrup, and it tasted absolutely delicious!! The place, the welcome, and the friendliness of the staff were fantastic! I'll be back.

I absolutely love this cafe, the best latte in Paris! They prepare it with so much love, my friend and I always go there, and the decaf with oat milk is AMAZING!

After buying dozens of drinks there, I can give an honest opinion: It's an excellent café, with a menu focused primarily on coffee, and the quality is superb. Whether it's espresso, Americano, lattes, or even non-coffee drinks (like sesame latte and golden latte), they're all excellent. They have plenty of options with plant-based milks. You can trust the owners to make you a great cup of coffee :) And if you're lucky, you might even meet some adorable dogs :)
