Honestly, even though it's good, the quality has already declined over the last three years. However, placing an order, estimating a 40-minute wait, and it ultimately lasting over an hour and a half... while I understand they might be busy, the least they could do is either offer some kind of compensation or simply apologize. Apologies are far more effective than contempt, and for that reason, my money will no longer be going to this restaurant. Happy New Year.

15/12/2024: While passing through Chartres for the weekend, we had lunch at Kyotori. The best Japanese restaurant in which I have been able to eat for my part😃, I greatly appreciated their dishes which I already knew but which I found delicious from the soup to the skewers through the makis, sushi etc... Moreover, despite a late arrival at 1:30 p.m. = perfect welcome, pleasant and smiling waiter. We highly recommend this place.
