Everything was great. the staff is attentive, smiling and very pleasant. We ate really well and even too much, we had trouble finishing. We had a great time.

I recommend 100%, I, who didn't particularly know this cuisine, discovered it in this restaurant and I agree! We go there very, very often and we are never disappointed. The products are excellent, the sellers are pleasant. Possibility of eating on site, take away and delivery. You can go there with your eyes closed.

We celebrated a birthday in the traditional room. The service was top notch, the waiters were very friendly and gave very good advice. My friend who was celebrating his birthday was even given a little gift 🎁 I will come back!!

In my opinion the best Japanese restaurant in Chartres, the skewers are delicious, the best miso soup I have tried and the sushi is tender and tasty. A must-do in Chartres!

A safe bet for sushi lovers! The products are always very good, with excellent value for money. Little tip: remember to call in advance, as there may be a bit of a wait, which is completely normal for such quality.

We went there on Saturday evening without booking (something not to do) it is so good that places are popular. But with a little waiting and the friendliness of the staff we got a table. Succulent dishes as usual. See you soon

De passage à Chartres avec nom épouse, nous avons apprécié la qualité des produits et du service. Bonne surprise, toutefois, il me semble qu’un peu plus de poissons crus avec les chirachi serait appréciable

15/12/2024: While passing through Chartres for the weekend, we had lunch at Kyotori. The best Japanese restaurant in which I have been able to eat for my part😃, I greatly appreciated their dishes which I already knew but which I found delicious from the soup to the skewers through the makis, sushi etc... Moreover, despite a late arrival at 1:30 p.m. = perfect welcome, pleasant and smiling waiter. We highly recommend this place.

18/07/2024: Our second visit to JBJ Sushi went very well. The service was impeccable as was the food. I continue to strongly recommend it.
