An excellent Japanese restaurant that I highly recommend! The service is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The decor is superb; you feel truly at ease as soon as you arrive. My favorite restaurant. I haven't lived in Chartres for years, but I always make a point of going back whenever I'm in the area. Everything is delicious and fresh, and reasonably priced. The service is very pleasant.
