Sad experience this July 20, 2024. We go to Signature for two coffees and pastries on site. I ask that we clean the table and the only answer I have: we don't have time even though there were 2 of them and a manager was eating a croissant in the office facing the customers. Is this a way to respond to the customer? And what's more, the laboratory open to the customer area is not very clean. The employees are not very friendly either. Not recommended. Go opposite same house but more polite

J achète la baguette tradition de tps à autre mais malheureusement il n y a aucune régularité dans la qualité de leur farine ni du pétrissage (pain qq fois bien aéré et d autres fois très serré sans aucun goût). D’autre part les horaires d ouverture affichent 7 heures du matin mais à cette heure là pas de pain ! Uniquement des gâteaux ! Avec également l accueil plus que limite de certaines vendeuses !

Very good stop, I was able to taste a delicious flan there and the pistachio éclair was equally incredible. The salespeople were very friendly and had good customer contact. The prices remain quite reasonable because Cannes requires it... I highly recommend!
