Fantastic setting, great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Top quality food, not overly expensive.

Waited 45 mins for first drink, found the waiter we asked quite rude ‘What do you want?’ Food took a lot longer. We asked for the bill 3 times. Great place and food but thoroughly disappointed with the service. Appreciate busy but felt our table was not monitored.

Top food, but the table of 15 English people next to us was too noisy... it's a shame the meal would have been perfect!

Great place. You must try the Swiss / France fondue!

Apart from a slight delay in getting seated for our large reservation the meal was fantastic with pleasant (although busy) service. Really good food. The ski exhibitions are a nice extra.

We had already been the previous Monday and left a great review, it is a unique place in Val D'Isere... but on this occasion something happened that makes them great. In the middle of dinner, my daughter had a serious anxiety attack caused by asthma and I asked maitre Jean to give me the emergency number. He was in charge of calling and reporting the emergency situation. He had an ambulance come from Tignes and even so he notified the doctor in Val d'Isere (it was 10 at night) to arrive earlier. Meanwhile he got a Ventolin from one of the restaurant employees to try to stabilize him. In less than 15 minutes my daughter was cared for until the ambulance arrived, with Jean always attentive and at our side. In the end everything turned out well, largely thanks to him and the rest of the staff. We will always be grateful to you. Thank you so much!!

One off the best fondues we had. Just the selection of the types of fondues was a bit overwhelming but the service was great too. We ended up eating there twice because it was that good.

Super Fondue, elegance of the table, atmosphere, and of course the VR17s on display. The 3/5 in service are due to the unfortunate fact that the waiter pushed very hard to make us have an individual fondue per person. This is way too much for the vast majority of people. The quantity of bread + an individual fondue is enough for two. We ended up agreeing to take 3 fondues for 4 and we couldn't finish! Sad waste of food. Please do not push the consumption, the customer can always order an additional fondue if they do not have enough.

The quiet setting and tables when there are just two of you are very good!

Unmissable and never disappointed. We love it and we go back every time. We love it so much that we carry the smell of cheese in our clothes until at least the next day.
