We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! We had read some reviews that weren't very encouraging, but we completely disagree with them. We received a very warm welcome, and the staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, and pleasant. 😊
The fondue and raclette were delicious, generous, and flavorful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and had a fantastic time as a family.
It just goes to show, it's always best to try it for yourself! We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return. 🧀❤️

Aside from the slightly slow service, I think it was the best fondue I've ever had, accompanied by a super fresh salad and pieces of local, homemade bread. A memory I'll cherish forever! Super!

Very efficient and friendly staff.
We had the opportunity to try the beer fondue, the chocolate fondue, and the raclette. Everything was delicious: the side salad with its walnut dressing, the potatoes, the bread, and the charcuterie.
A must-try if you're in Val d'Isère.

What can you say about a restaurant where everything is perfect? I've seen bad reviews, but none of that. The atmosphere and service are top-notch. We went two nights in a row. We want to come back just to try this restaurant. The portions are simply huge; you can't eat everything, but you can't leave anything either, everything is so delicious.

La Fabrique is once again a must-visit restaurant in Val d’Isère.
Highly praised on several occasions: the variety of dishes and fondue specialties, particularly the excellent Vacherin, are a testament to the kindness and efficiency of Yann, Marion, and Quentin. Margaux has never experienced such a wonderful atmosphere in a restaurant in its four years of operation.
