17/10/2026: 🌞 A wonderful discovery in the heart of Old Lyon: Le Restaurant du Soleil! 🌞 There were six of us looking for a great time enjoying good company and Lyonnaise cuisine… and we found so much more! ❤️ It all started with an aperitif on the terrace, in a particularly friendly atmosphere, right in the heart of Old Lyon. A charming setting, full of character, where you immediately feel at ease. Seduced by the atmosphere and a menu showcasing the great Lyonnaise specialties, we naturally decided to extend the experience at our table. And what a lovely surprise! 😍 A huge thank you to the owner for her warm welcome, her kindness, and her hospitality, as well as to Mehdi, our waiter, who truly made our lunch shine! With his infectious energy, his humor, his respect, and his remarkable sense of service, he created an incredible atmosphere within our small group. A true ray of sunshine, just like the restaurant's name! ☀️ We thoroughly enjoyed discovering and tasting Lyon's specialties in a spirit of sharing, good humor, and conviviality. There were six of us, and we all left with smiles and the memory of an exceptional experience. Because ultimately, a good restaurant isn't just about what's on the plate: it's also about the welcome, the atmosphere, the attention paid to the customers, and those little moments that transform a simple meal into a truly memorable experience. Restaurant du Soleil brings all of this together perfectly! 👏 We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to discover Lyon's cuisine in an authentic setting, with a fantastic team and the kind of atmosphere we love.
