Ideal hotel for a stopover on a long journey. Comfortable and very clean room, but a little chilly. Slight road noise. Decent breakfast: bread, pastries, savory dishes. Fruit salad and compote, but no fresh fruit. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The room itself is adequate. The bed is comfortable and wide. Cleanliness: spotless. Good value for money. The only downside is the bathroom and toilet, which are very cramped, but they do the job.

Excellent value for money. Very clean, very good breakfasts, and a friendly welcome. We appreciated the kettle, coffee and tea, and the hairdryer. We highly recommend it. The only slight drawback was the traffic noise in the morning, but the easy access to the motorway is a real plus.

This hotel is a convenient stopover, where we stay several times a year on our trips south. It offers excellent value for money, is very clean, has good air conditioning, a generous breakfast buffet, and is competitively priced. The hotel operates 24/7 with electronic key collection. There is ample parking. The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and always have a big smile. A bonus is the excellent restaurant "L'Essentiel," just 50 meters away, which is open for lunch and dinner on weekdays.

01/04/2026: Honestly, I chose this accommodation by default, but when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised: - The staff were incredibly kind, from morning till night, with genuine attentiveness and great politeness. - The building itself isn't much to look at, but the room was completely renovated and even had a bathtub, which was a nice surprise. The bedding was comfortable, and my room was clean. The only downside was the soundproofing; I could hear my neighbors, but I always sleep with earplugs, so I wasn't bothered. - Having arrived in an electric car, I was pleased to find that there were charging stations available. - Finally, the breakfast was simple but very good. Thank you to the team.
18/01/2026: I spent a week at this hotel, a renovated former campanile. The bedding is good quality. The rooms are decent and air-conditioned. The breakfast is quite comprehensive. I have fond memories of my stay; the price is much lower than other hotels in the Niort industrial area.
