05/01/2026: Bathed in sunshine opposite Saint-Étienne Cathedral, a haven of peace for a solo coffee! Very friendly staff
03/01/2026: A really nice place, the welcome is warm. Sylène is frequented by regulars, tourists, and people like me just passing through the neighborhood. You can order à la carte, have a coffee, a spirit... There are plenty of servers, and they're very busy, constantly moving from table to table, welcoming newcomers, seating them—they're well-practiced. A person behind the bar mainly prepares the orders taken by the servers; it's a real pleasure to meet them. I recommend it! 😎🪉
