I took a cooking class with Sakura-san to make onigiri and ramen. It was very instructive, with clear steps so I could easily recreate it at home. The best part 😅 was that we got to taste our creations. I also took the opportunity to try their artisanal cider. In short, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates Japanese cuisine and culture.

Incredible! A wonderful discovery: everything was delicious, generous, refined, and beautifully presented. We opted for the "Pleasure Menu" with a tea pairing and a sake pairing, and everything was perfect. The service was impeccable as well. I highly recommend it!

15/10/2026: Food was good but they have my dad the wrong order. I ordered tempura (the one that is a menu)and my dad got shrimp udon which is entirely different from what we ordered
14/10/2026: My daughter and I took a quick trip to Paris and this restaurant was right by our hotel. She was feigning for sushi and this hit the spot. The food was delicious. The service was wonderful and overall it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely visit again when I'm back in Paris.
