We visited this cozy restaurant for the first time to try a vegetarian option. First of all, I must say that the staff is very friendly and incredibly responsive! However, we were only partially satisfied because while the portions were certainly filling, the taste wasn't quite there. Furthermore, some parts of our dish were cold, while others were very hot, so we suspect that some or all of the dish was frozen…

I came one evening in early January 2026. In the small town where I live, there isn't a single vegan restaurant, so my trip to the capital included a culinary delight. For lunch, I'd tried a restaurant near the market, but it hadn't been anything special. My dinner at this restaurant made up for everything; it was fantastic!

A wonderful discovery at Soya Cantine Bio 🌱 A pleasant place with original and delicious cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the Bi Bim Bap dish, which included a fava bean omelet: a delightful surprise, both indulgent and bursting with flavor. The very friendly waiter told us that the restaurant was formerly a ceramic sink factory, where some remnants can still be seen, adding a lot of charm to the place. A must-try for plant-based food lovers!

MONK - La Taverne de Cluny

12/12/2025: The coffee was good and we had good time there. The barista was friendly and kind. But the best part for us was that we forgot and left our expensive camera there for about 45 minutes and went back and it was still there! :)
03/12/2025: Very good vibe and kind staff. We got coffee which was good but nothing very special. We enjoyed it. The prices are good considering that it is paris.

12/04/2026: We had lunch there, just the two of us. The steak tartare was good, and so was the burger. However, we waited incredibly long; other tables were served well before us. It was probably a logistical hiccup, but it did spoil the experience a bit. The waiter was friendly. The waitress, not so much.
08/04/2026: First and last time… I ordered salmon à la carte… the vegetables were bland, just boiled in water without salt… completely uninteresting
