Great experience at Spica restaurant! Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere. Special mention for the service, which was truly excellent: attentive, professional, and warm. It's always a pleasure to be so well looked after throughout the meal.

A wonderful discovery in Dijon. The staff's welcome was warm and attentive. We opted for the lunch menu and were delighted by the quality of the dishes, all perfectly executed and delicious. The amuse-bouche offered at the beginning of the meal was a particularly thoughtful touch. The wine list is also very extensive, with a fine selection making it easy to find the perfect pairing. All this in an authentic and pleasant setting, ideally located opposite the prefecture and in the immediate vicinity of the city center. An address to discover without hesitation!

Absolutely excellent, superb lunch, peaceful setting. Much better than the umbrella restaurant, without a doubt. P.S.: The chicken could have used a touch more crispiness.

We couldn't stop talking about the aubergine starter. Even so, everything was super tasty, excellent service too.

As this is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, we were eager to try it. First course and dessert were outstanding! Service not only was dis-passionate, the table next to us was unwiped down with crumbs and water spills for over a half hour. Everyone working in the restaurant was 2 meters or less from the table multiple times. Nobody could bother. The main course was underwhelming. Meat was dry. The mustard sauce bland. A single unseasoned roasted potato and a couple unseasoned steamed vegetables on the side. This experience was substandard and clearly not good enough.

A lovely and enjoyable experience. If there's anything to criticize, it might be the slight lack of indulgence in the food.

A fantastic bistronomic discovery! The restaurant offers a set menu with a choice of two starters, which allowed us to try everything. The velouté—as a starter—was particularly fresh and perfectly balanced: each flavor was clearly distinct. The guinea fowl—as a main course—was cooked to perfection, accompanied by a perfectly seasoned reduction of its jus. To finish, a lemon sorbet with oranges and grapefruits provided an ideal touch of freshness. The entire menu was very well thought out and perfectly suited to the summer atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. A true 10/10 from start to finish. A big thank you to the chef and the entire team. I highly recommend it!
