Undeniably gourmet cuisine with excellent value for money. The service is perfectly on par with the experience. The only downside is the acoustics, which quickly become uncomfortably noisy.

Wow, just wow. Travelling with a friend through the Bourgogne region and Spica was our first dinner in Dijon. The food was exceptional, we had a fixed menu: entree, main, and dessert (very well priced at €46 euro each). Cooked to perfection, excellent presentation, and we also enjoyed the atmosphere - very warm and inviting, and lovely. Not formal or stuffy at all. We had a lovely dinner, the servers were very lovely too. 100% recommend. Merci Spica

A wonderful discovery in Dijon. The staff's welcome was warm and attentive. We opted for the lunch menu and were delighted by the quality of the dishes, all perfectly executed and delicious. The amuse-bouche offered at the beginning of the meal was a particularly thoughtful touch. The wine list is also very extensive, with a fine selection making it easy to find the perfect pairing. All this in an authentic and pleasant setting, ideally located opposite the prefecture and in the immediate vicinity of the city center. An address to discover without hesitation!

Absolutely excellent, superb lunch, peaceful setting. Much better than the umbrella restaurant, without a doubt. P.S.: The chicken could have used a touch more crispiness.

Au pourquoi pas

09/09/2026: Fantastic food in a set menu with wine pairing. Very friendly service and no rush between each course. We loved it!
06/09/2026: We came to celebrate our tin wedding anniversary. I had seen the concept and read the reviews before making my choice. Our dishes were simply superb, exceptionally good (in our opinion). The presentation was so beautiful you almost didn't want to touch them, and the combination of all those flavors was simply divine. We have normal appetites, yet we still couldn't finish our desserts. Congratulations to the chef, who does everything single-handedly in the kitchen. Kudos to the two waitresses who took such good care of their customers. The kindness and warmth of the person who greeted us (certainly the owner) also deserves mention. And thank you for the candle 😊 Keep up the good work, your establishment is absolutely perfect.
