A huge congratulations to the newest team member (of Asian descent). He's a real gem: his excellent customer service, constant smile, and professionalism make all the difference. Even when he's clearing tables, everything is spotlessly clean. I spend a lot of time at this Starbucks, and he manages to brighten up every single day.

Small, quick, efficient. Avoid peak hours as there aren't many spaces. But at least it's a place to park away from the crowds of Châtelet.

The service was good, and for tourists... There are restrooms and places to charge your phone, plus the atmosphere is pleasant, perfect for grabbing a coffee and watching people pass by on the street haha ​​❤️

A great place to take a break in the heart of Paris. The space is pleasant and allows you to settle in comfortably, whether you're doing a little work or simply relaxing. The drinks are well prepared and served quickly, with the usual Starbucks selection. The service is efficient, and the place remains clean despite the frequent traffic. Ideal for taking a break before heading back out into the lively neighborhood.

I came to this Starbucks in July with two friends. It's good. The products are good, but it's expensive. I recommend it if you're passing through Châtelet les Halles. It's quite small, but there's also a terrace outside. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars, only because of the prices.

03/01/2026: Very touristic place, not worth it considering all the options in the zone. We had a club sandwich, nothing special. Extremely expensive. 7.5€ for a coke.
19/12/2025: Having been refused entry to a nearby tea room, narrow but long, we received a wonderfully warm welcome here from the waitress, who was neither haughty nor fussy, and always smiling despite what was undoubtedly a long day. Admittedly, you pay for the location: Rue de Rivoli; but it's worth it if you need a break. The decor is plain and simple, nothing provocative. The manager, perhaps a bit of a perfectionist, came back to straighten the menu from the next table that we had looked at, thinking we'd had something to eat after ordering our drinks (she seemed less of a perfectionist with the restrooms, which were dark and poorly lit). (07/12/25 6:30/7:00 PM) The lemon meringue pie at €10 was not memorable, contrary to its price. 7.50 euros for the coffee but it is very good (and the coffee with milk is the same price, whereas too often elsewhere they charge much more for the coffee with milk).

08/12/2025: Update 12/2025 I come back from time to time and this time I tried the pastries. The owner's welcome at the register was pleasant. I ordered a vanilla roulade with Kinder Bueno cream (€4.90). It was a generous portion. The roulade wasn't dry, it was moist, and I was surprised that the Kinder Bueno cream wasn't sweet. It was good. I'll definitely go back sometime, maybe even try other treats. Update 12/2023 Since 2021, this was my only visit, and I hadn't returned. See my comment below. Thanks to a YouTuber, his video convinced me, so I gave it another chance. I ordered the same crispy chicken banh mi (€4.90). There hasn't been much of a price increase in two years, well done! However, you should revise your late-night menu boards, as I found them a bit difficult to read. The baguette is good, the chicken is a little crispy, reminding me of KFC... but it's not KFC. The meat is good and plentiful. Everything blends well with the raw vegetables and meat; it was better than I remembered. I'll definitely come back. Sandwiches payable by credit card. 2021 The service was neutral, so there's room for improvement. I ordered a crispy chicken banh mi (€4). The chicken was good, but a little more wouldn't hurt. However, the filling—carrot, cucumber, and cilantro—was far too plain in the banh mi; it needs to be reconsidered. One banh mi was enough for me; I'll have to see about the cakes and pastries.
02/12/2025: A gigantic and delicious Banh Mi XL that will satisfy even the biggest appetites. All the flavors are there, and the choices are numerous (more than 25 options).
