Cuillier Café sur Paris

Salon on rue de Grenelle - a very beautiful place and a very warm welcome. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu; special mention goes to the Ispahan frappé, which was exactly as described and delicious. The only downside is that team management, even when spoken quietly, is not done in the dining room but behind the scenes.

The toilets were a little dirty, but otherwise it was very good, the food was lovely, and the service was perfect.

We were disappointed with our experience. First, there was nothing left on the menu, so there wasn't much choice. Second, the ice cream tasted nothing special; a real disappointment, not to mention that they charged us for a 160ml tub when it was only 130ml, and there was no compensation offered when we pointed this out to the manager, who was also quite unfriendly... we won't be back.

Beautiful location and setting. The food was very mediocre, not up to the "Hermé" name. However, the gentleman who served us (around fifty, wearing glasses) redeemed the experience: very kind and dedicated, hats off to him as he went out of his way to ensure guests had a pleasant experience.
