Starbucks sur Marseille

It's a very well located Starbucks, the staff is welcoming and polite, however the commercial practice that was practiced for my order is really negative: I ask the cashier for a small Americano, the barista looks at the cashier and asks me " this size?" I said yes out of confidence and I realized that it was the size larger... I find this practice a little dishonest and above all disappointing. Apart from that everything went well.

Following a disappointing first visit in April 2024, we came back to get a second opinion today. This time, we really have nothing to complain about, the staff were very pleasant and warm. The places were very clean. I recommend this place and congratulate the owner for taking the reviews into account.

Welcoming, smiling server, which reconciles me with its large oak brands where often the servers are not necessarily attentive. Big thanks to SOIDROU...who takes the time to explain and advise
