Starbucks sur Paris

I was in this establishment a week ago and witnessed the terrible service. The cashier was more focused on his phone than on serving customers, and the bartender, whose name was Zarah, was clearly stressed and unprofessional. The final stage of service was impersonal. The cashier always seems to forget his name is Iassir; he even forgot to bring the cake we bought and went to retrieve it with a complete lack of motivation. The stress and laziness of the staff were palpable.

If you’re looking for somewhere cool for studying or working, not recommended. The AC is on but room temperature is still rather high. I ordered a iced drink and sat calmly in front of my laptop and I sweated.

Extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an employee named Zahraa, who was particularly haughty and unpleasant. When we asked her about the Starbucks referral program, she claimed not to know how it worked before providing us with clearly incorrect information. She assured us that we had to wait a whole day to benefit from the offer, which was false, as the reward appeared a few minutes later. Because of this misinformation, my friend had to pay for a drink that should have been free. The lack of professionalism continued with our second order. We weren't asked about the type of milk we wanted, even though my friend is lactose intolerant. This oversight is far from insignificant. Throughout our visit, this employee's attitude was unpleasant: no smile, no thank you, no basic politeness. When we asked for a straw, she gave it to us while ostentatiously rolling her eyes. She also didn't ask if we wanted to scan our Starbucks account or whether our order was for takeout or dine-in, even though these are basic customer service requirements. In contrast, we were then served by another server who was very kind, smiling, and professional, which made the contrast even more striking. We understand that working in the restaurant industry can be demanding, but that doesn't justify the lack of courtesy, the errors in information, or such a disrespectful attitude towards customers. It's an experience we won't soon forget, unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.

I come to this Starbucks almost every day and I want to thank the entire team for their kindness and professionalism, especially Shayer, Zaraha, and Martina. Today, I witnessed a very unpleasant situation: two customers harassed Zaraha with persistent stares, mocking remarks, and a clearly intimidating attitude. Despite this, she remained calm, polite, and professional from beginning to end, never letting herself get drawn into the conflict. Her composure and professionalism deserve to be highlighted. A big thank you to the whole team for their daily service. And as usual, my chai latte was excellent! ☕✨😊

A pleasant place to have a coffee and work quietly. The coffee is excellent. It's a bit noisy, but still a good place to get work done. I recommend it!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and definitely one of the best in Paris. The service is always top-notch, the staff always makes high-quality coffee, is friendly, very kind, and truly efficient. The interior is very modern and it's a very pleasant place to spend time; it's clean, and I always feel welcome and, above all, very well served. Thank you. Magdalena

The service was very good, but the cakes I tried weren't great. (cinnamon roll, donuts, and cake)

I come here every day for coffee!!! After being practically insulted, or at least very poorly received, by Martina last year, she refuses to serve me every time I get to the till, even though she's the one handling it at that moment. And don't even get me started on the dirty looks. The rest of the team is fantastic, big up to Albert!
