Starbucks sur Paris

Good and fast service, and outlets that actually charge phones! Which is so rare in Parisian fast food restaurants.

I come to this Starbucks regularly and it's always a pleasure. The staff is welcoming, smiling, and attentive. You can tell they take their work seriously while still being friendly with customers. I particularly appreciate that when you eat in, drinks are served in real cups or glasses for iced drinks. It's a small detail, but it makes the experience more enjoyable. The staff also makes sure to offer cakes and other treats. The premises are well air-conditioned, which is really welcome during periods of intense heat like we're having now. One small drawback: some customers often forget to close the door behind them, letting in hot air. The restrooms are also sometimes out of service for several days, which can be inconvenient. Aside from that, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff definitely makes you want to come back.

Impeccable! A warm welcome, excellent and friendly service without being intrusive. Well-prepared iced drinks (especially the Very Berry and the Iced Americano). The air conditioning and restrooms work.

Not too crowded during the week. Very friendly staff. Not bad for working during a heatwave!

The place is very nice, infinitely better maintained and tidier these past few years. But this café has a huge problem. Please note, Mr. or Ms. Manager, this is a serious problem, one that could cause harm to the health of many customers. The heavy, glass front door has a broken spring. This means you can't stop it from opening; if you have a hand on the handle, the door will pull you in with it. I almost broke my fingers, literally, even with all the strength I mustered to cushion its impact, the moment I realized the door wasn't going to stop and my fingers were going to be trapped under its enormous weight, like in a vise. I'm sure many people have broken their fingers on this door. This café is dangerous. The staff I reported the incident to said: "Yes, yes, we know, yes, there have been accidents, but nothing can be done, the manager doesn't listen, no repairs are being done..." I will report this to the Paris City Hall. Please intervene quickly.

Wei Xun is an excellent senior employee at the Starbucks in the Bastille, and I highly recommend his service and attitude.
