Starbucks Coffee sur Lille

The coffee and service are top-notch. It's a pleasure to stop by for my lunchtime coffee. A huge thank you to Toma, who is always incredibly friendly and knows how to put a smile on your face. A true Lille welcome! 🫶 PS: The vanilla latte with coconut milk = INCREDIBLE Shan

I'm a Japanese student who happened to be visiting, and to my surprise, a staff member named Nino served me in Japanese! 😭💕 I was so happy because I never expected to hear Japanese here! She had a great service spirit, and her customer service was bright and kind. I definitely want to come back! Nino's recommended macha latte was delicious, and I'm so glad I asked! 💮💯 It's a little pricey though. 💦 The other staff members also had wonderful smiles; I was completely charmed by all the staff here! I've found a really great Starbucks, and I'll come back to speak Japanese again! ✨️

Visited on the day of the street fair. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! Great atmosphere; you really want to stay and eat in, not just get takeout. The service was quick. Unlike other places, here the staff doesn't complain when you ask for something or forget to show your loyalty card!

Delicious, but this is the second time I've been, and both times it's been the same woman, and she's been unpleasant. Not a thank you, not a goodbye, not even a nice day. It's a bit much to do your shift with such a sour face only to see her laughing with her colleague two seconds later. (If it happens to be a petite blonde, I wouldn't recommend it; there's one at the train station, you can go there.)

such a pity they closed half of the upstairs

Toma and Clara gave us a fantastic welcome; they were lovely and always smiling! The service was top-notch and super fast! Thank you both for your kindness!!

The lemon cake is very good, but the Flat White needs to be made by expert hands, otherwise it's really not very good, and the last one I had was a disaster.

I was greeted by Tom, the manager. I've never met anyone so kind and helpful, even though we Muslims have decided to boycott Starbucks. That doesn't stop me from telling the truth. I've never seen anyone so kind at Starbucks. I'm not advertising for Starbucks, just saying that this salesperson is exceptional.

A very warm welcome and friendly service, a delicious matcha latte, a calm and clean environment – a very pleasant experience 🙏

It's unbearable, those little girls telling their life stories out loud upstairs. Total disrespect.
