19/02/2026: The bitterness in the comments… And these are probably the same people who complain that young people don't want to work anymore, but when they do work, they get criticized. Let the complainers from Sceaux complain. Meanwhile, the (sourdough) bread is excellent.

15/02/2026: What's great is that everything is good here: the bread (traditional or revisited), the pastries (both crispy and melting), the pastries (great classics with a little touch of modernity), not to mention the extras: sometimes on weekends we are treated to a divine kouglof; the king cakes are exquisite; the ice creams, in summer, are fabulous. And I have a weakness for the little chocolate financiers and their brioche. We really get away from the framework of the average bakery / pastry shop. Coming here has become an addiction
