Strange, I went there at the end of August, and after reading the reviews, I checked several times to make sure we were talking about the same place.
For our part, we had a very good meal (seafood platter with prawns, scallops, and other seafood). The welcome and service were excellent (special mention for the waiter, admittedly tired but very professional).
I agree that the owner's humor might not be to everyone's taste, but a little bit of irony never hurt anyone... I would definitely go back.

It was our first time at this establishment. And frankly, a very pleasant surprise. The welcome was friendly and pleasant. They found us a table quickly. The food was excellent and the desserts delicious. Plus, the waiter was always laughing, which created a great atmosphere.

Cool little place, very friendly staff, reasonable prices. We were brushed off by others (whose names I won't mention) and we were given a super warm welcome, thank you for everything.

Disappointed. The waiters were friendly, but the woman at the bar wasn't very pleasant. The food wasn't great either. We ordered mussels and fries, and the sauce was an extra €2.50, way too salty, and the portion was tiny. It came to €17, which is expensive. My husband had a burger, which was nothing special. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, especially since the restaurants down the street are cheaper and have better reviews.

Beach restaurant, with the reputation that follows.
The service is pleasant, but the food isn't anything special.
The salmon tartare is rather unusual; I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
But hey, you know what you're getting into; don't expect fine dining.
