We loved the cakes we bought this weekend and the strawberry shortcrust pastry tart we got 2 weeks ago was amazing.

It's open every day and the service is friendly, which is rare in the Concordat region! La Rose des Sables is as subtle as its name: a delicate blend of raspberry and chocolate mousses surrounded by a milk chocolate petal, just a touch sweet, it's an ephemeral delight you wish would last forever.

Excellent pastries, especially for my first visit. However, it's a shame the saleswoman who sold me this wonderful treat was a bit cold.
