Amazing restaurant. We had the menu saveur with the paired wines and every course was delicious.
The staff were attentive but we never felt rushed (we were in there nearly 3 hours).
It's not a cheap place but that's no surprise with the quality of the food and the restaurant as a whole.

First dinner at this restaurant last weekend, incredible!
The room is large and well decorated, the atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable.
We opted for the “Saveurs” menu, and we enjoyed ourselves throughout the meal. The plates are beautiful and well stocked, the service attentive. The Chef comes to see each table at the end of the meal, it's not much but it's nice to see that he cares about everyone's feedback.
To conclude, you cannot be disappointed when you come to Stéphane Carbone!

Superb experience.
A warm and attentive welcome, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful.
Very good service with a young man who knows his dishes and wines like the back of his hand (each dish and wine was explained).
Surprising cuisine, explosions of flavors, lots of discoveries, all accompanied by glasses of wine that pair very well with the dishes.
A view of the kitchens, very little wait, time passes very quickly.
The chef comes to each table at the end of the meal if you like it.
I recommend 5/5 ⭐

Nous y sommes venus à plusieurs reprises : l'accueil toujours très sympathique, notamment le chef très gentil et abordable. Le cadre est élégant. Nous avons apprécié l'entrée et le plat, à la hauteur de l'attente d'un tel restaurant. En revanche, grosse déception sur les desserts, très quelconques.. dommage !

Un moment de plaisir parfait.accueil très bien. Décors très bien. Rapport qualité prix du menu très bien .Petit salon fumeur très bien .une seule remarque le prix des apéritifs et vins trop élevés .
