We decided to have lunch at Stéphane Carbone's restaurant to enjoy a warm family moment celebrating my young son's birthday, as he had always dreamed of discovering fine dining. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome, and I was delighted to see Stéphane Carbone make my son his VIP guest for the day. It was an exceptional gesture, especially considering my son was just a little boy about to experience fine cuisine. There was so much emotion, so much attention, so much delicacy, and a genuine passion for sharing his taste for excellence, as he sat watching the kitchen brigade at work. Beyond simply being in an exceptional restaurant, we met a chef with a big heart and boundless kindness. A truly remarkable man who undoubtedly made this moment unforgettable, as my son clearly understood the special attention he received. I highly recommend experiencing this exceptional restaurant, knowing that its host is a man of true human values.

A fantastic experience! Impeccable service, attentive staff without being stuffy. We opted for the €40-something menu with wine pairings. The dishes were incredibly flavorful, surprising without being extravagant, and perfectly balanced in both taste and texture. The setting is also lovely. The large bay window overlooking the kitchen adds a welcome sense of closeness to the chefs. The experience offers excellent value for money. A touch of warmth and care is evident in both the ambiance and the food.

It was a fantastic time! Plus, we had a great seat right in front of the kitchens. It was absolutely delicious, both in taste and presentation! The welcome was very warm. I'd definitely go back.
