Stop Pizza sur Remiremont

09/08/2026: We came to your restaurant for lunch and had a very good meal. The dishes were delicious and of high quality; the cuisine deserves to be highlighted. However, from the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome due to the attitude of one of the servers. This feeling was unfortunately confirmed throughout the meal. After taking our order, he made a very unpleasant, disapproving noise. This is all the more regrettable as he single-handedly ruined the work of his colleagues, who were pleasant and professional. We were also seated in a room that was extremely hot, with no ventilation, which made lunch quite uncomfortable. Finally, when it came time for dessert, we wanted to order a dessert pizza. We were told that the oven was out of order. We later understood that the oven was not actually out of order, but simply being cleaned. It's not the fact that we couldn't order the dessert that bothers us, since another solution was offered, but rather the lack of transparency. An honest explanation would have been more than enough. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves equally good service.

09/08/2026: The pizzas were excellent, that's undeniable. But the heat in the dining room was almost unbearable, and the service was clearly lacking in friendliness. A refresh of the dining room and a few more smiles would make a big difference! ;)
