We had a very good meal: the sweetbreads were tender and flavorful. The wine list offered good value for money.

I went to eat an omelet early in the morning. I went because it was recommended in Yukiko Inaba's book, and it was delicious. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service from the elderly woman who served me. When I revisited a few years later, a younger woman (probably the elderly couple's daughter) came out and said they could only make omelets, but I said that was fine and ate one again. The rich, delicious flavor was just as I remembered.

So lovely, wonderful food, the owner stopped by the table and was very kind. 5 stars. Update 2026. Always on our list of “Musts” when we visit Paris. Jules had the langoustine salad and adored it. I cannot resist their Chicken and Mushroom - so light and perfectly cooked.

This is an amazing restaurant. I took my partner there for her birthday and it couldn’t have been more charming. We were offered a quiet table and the owner came by several times to say hello and chat with us. The wine was excellent. She had the sweetbreads (which I tasted and they were amazing) and I had the beef cheeks which were melt in your mouth! I would highly recommend this restaurant and I would go back!

A wonderful dinner at Sancerre. Anne-Cécile and her team were incredibly attentive. Generous and delicious dishes. A superb wine list with excellent pairing recommendations. We'll be back!

19/08/2026: Excellent pizza and Italian steak tartare, accompanied by a superb rosé wine recommended by the waiter. Dinner was served on the terrace overlooking the gardens of Les Invalides.
13/08/2026: A wonderful Italian restaurant with beautifully prepared, fantastic-tasting food. It may not be fine dining, but the care and quality in the cooking really shine through. You can tell that parts of the restaurant are well-loved and well-used, which honestly adds to its charm. The service was a little mixed, but the owner was absolutely wonderful—warm, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. One team member seemed to still be finding their footing, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. And the dessert? Absolutely made me feel at home. ❤️ I had a genuinely lovely experience and would happily return.

22/06/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for almost 40 years, and back then the internet didn't exist. You couldn't vent your frustrations safely behind a screen. So, I completely forgot to leave a review—no suspense here—about this restaurant I love. It's still the same owner, a true Italian, at the helm. He's the kind of person who will never retire. Even though I have absolutely no sense of taste, I appreciate the dishes, the pizzas, the desserts, the wines on offer, the prosecco-based aperitifs 😉, and the grappa to aid digestion. 😉 Of course, you can order your pizza and go home to eat it, alone, sadly settled in front of a German crime series or a football match, but isn't it better to sit down, meet the regulars, chat, and enjoy the food?
03/06/2026: First thing, a fantastic waitress greeted us at the entrance. She let us wait inside, even though they were not open yet, so we would not have to stay outside. The picture I took when the pizza arrived. It looked different than any other Italian pizza I've ever seen, yet not in a negative way. When tasting it, I realised it was just not an Italian pizza.
