Subway sur Pontarlier

Very welcoming and efficient servers, very good and fast!

The welcome was good. I had a salad which was tasty. The cookie wasn't great, too dry. The hygiene is definitely lacking... the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a while. When I lifted the toilet seat... I was in for a nasty surprise. The floor was also filthy.

Visited Pontarlier this Sunday. The waitress was very pleasant and smiling! It's a shame we can't include the person's name because she deserves this comment. If you could add the name of the young woman who was there this Sunday, that would be great! We'd like to congratulate her on her cheerfulness.

The servers were very friendly, gave us good information, and we ate well. Thank you for the welcome.

I went there earlier this week. This isn't the first time I've eaten there; I'd say once a month. The reviews are mostly negative, but I've always had good memories of my experiences at the Pontarlier Subway! The room is generally quite clean for a fast food restaurant, although in the counters, this isn't necessarily the case. It's also worth noting that most of the time there are only two of them (I think so), so having to manage the preparation/cooking/checkout/dining room/back of the store—I think we should be lenient as customers. The employee who served me was very attentive and cheerful; the wait was very quick even though there was a line and other people ahead of me! She must have been new, judging by what her colleague told her, but at first glance, it's not noticeable! You can see a desire to work, and that's not often the case at Subway! You have to say something bad, but especially something good! Bravo to the boss, who certainly plays a big role in all this!
