Having lived in Douai for over 30 years, I can say that Subway Douai Cinéma has become a true favorite of mine. It's a place I regularly go to eat, and the experience is always very positive. First of all, the service is truly excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and always takes the time to serve customers well. A special mention goes to Maria, who is particularly cheerful, attentive, and always ready to help. You can tell she loves her job and makes sure customers have a good time. This kind of service really makes a difference and makes you want to come back. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about. The ingredients are fresh, well-presented, and prepared with care. You can customize your sandwich however you like, and it's always a pleasure to see that the quality is consistently high. Personally, having a good appetite, I recommend the 30cm Sub; it's perfect when you're really hungry, of course. The 15cm Subs are also very good for a small hunger. In the end, it all depends on each person's appetite... but in this case, you could say that size matters!

What can I say about Benjamin... I gave him free rein and he made me a delicious 30-inch sub. Smiling, friendly, attentive, and with a touch of humor—the perfect combination for a salesperson. In short, the king of Subway!!

I wanted to take a moment to send a huge thank you to Benjamin and the entire Subway team from last night. Honestly, watching Benjamin assemble a sandwich is like watching a conductor or a top-level surgeon. The precision of the sauce application, the meticulous placement of the pickles... it's almost contemporary art. You can feel the real cohesion within your team, and it's a pleasure to see (and to eat). Thanks to him, my meal went from "just another ordinary moment" to a "5-star gastronomic experience." Give him a bonus, or at least a "Jedi Master of Italian Bread" badge—he absolutely deserves it! Keep it up, you guys are amazing. See you soon for the next 12-inch sandwich!

This was my first time at the Douai Subway, and I was VERY IMPRESSED by the welcome I received from the staff. I dealt with Lana, Amandine, and Merveille, who were all very kind, helpful, and smiling. Despite the late hour, they were always smiling, which is quite rare. I felt so comfortable, everything was perfect, the portions were exactly as I ordered (not too much salad, more sauce...). The staff were fantastic, keep up the good work, congratulations! I usually go to other Subways, but the Douai one was a great discovery for me. Now I'll definitely come to this one, even though it's a long drive. I prefer to make the trip; at least the welcome and service will be of high quality and kindness. We need people like you every day; you deserve to stay here for a long time. See you soon, Bilal
