Subway sur Douai

This was my first time at the Douai Subway, and I was VERY IMPRESSED by the welcome I received from the staff. I dealt with Lana, Amandine, and Merveille, who were all very kind, helpful, and smiling. Despite the late hour, they were always smiling, which is quite rare. I felt so comfortable, everything was perfect, the portions were exactly as I ordered (not too much salad, more sauce...). The staff were fantastic, keep up the good work, congratulations! I usually go to other Subways, but the Douai one was a great discovery for me. Now I'll definitely come to this one, even though it's a long drive. I prefer to make the trip; at least the welcome and service will be of high quality and kindness. We need people like you every day; you deserve to stay here for a long time. See you soon, Bilal

I am very, very satisfied with Henrie, which is why I'm giving him 5 stars. He is very professional. I've been several times and he's always excellent, truly smiling and welcoming! I always see him busy, cleaning or serving properly, always following hygiene standards! Hats off to this kind of person! On the other hand, there was a rather "young" woman on her phone who didn't change her gloves unless I asked her to. Very disappointing. She wasn't smiling at all. I'll be telling everyone about her. People like her should be banned. I don't know her name, but it was at 8:54 PM today and she had pink braids in her hair. WELL DONE AGAIN, HENRIE! Sincerely

A very good experience this evening, despite the large crowd. Maria, Flora and Lana provided excellent service with smiles and good cheer, really happy 🙂

Arrived at 9:35 PM, greeted without a smile – frankly, we felt like we were bothering them! My sandwich was prepared without any effort, and I was told I couldn't eat in! This isn't mentioned when you look it up on Google! Never again.

Excellent service from Maria, Flora, and Merveille who made us fantastic sandwiches. Pleasant, welcoming, and smiling people :)
