I rarely comment on large group brands that are the same from one to another. But here I made an exception. Very helpful and cheerful staff. The lady was very kind to the little boy in front of me. I won't say more 👌 Well as usual it's good. But the 3 stars is a bit towards the management of this establishment who should have thought about managing one more employee for cleaning or other multi-purpose task (ah damn it costs money) yes indeed it costs more. But when I see the crowds at the tables outside where I was hesitant to eat... it's hot. And the employees were on duty so no one could really be present at that time. The guy and the woman in front cleaned their table themselves. That is unacceptable. The 3 stars are really for the professionalism of your employees. Otherwise it wouldn't even be a... To improve...

Good morning, Back to dechy subway, what's my surprise!! I found the same unpleasant person serving I am shocked that the management kept her despite what she did to us a few months ago I turned around I went to Douai where the servers are nicer and more smiling

Classic Subway. Always pleasant before/after a cinema. Downside today on the speed of service, certainly due to exceptional understaffing. Unique case on the few times I was able to be present. Reasonable price.
