Easy parking, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Had a great stay here to watch a concert at the nearby Gayant Expo.

The staff is great. Everything is done to feel good. I had a pleasant time in this hotel. Small note, that there is no Name Tag on the staff's clothing.

We only went to the restaurant where we were very well received. The appetizer board was plentiful and we ate very well afterwards.

An Ibis Styles hotel with a restaurant and secure parking. The rooms are very pleasant, nicely decorated and well insulated. Good bedding and impeccable cleanliness. Wide choice for breakfasts. Electric charging stations. Dinner for 8 guests. A meal and service at the top. The team is great. We will come back with pleasure. Visited in March (3 rooms, 5 adults, 2 children and a dog).

When we arrived, the two people at reception were very welcoming and smiling. The room was very pretty, well decorated. It was very clean. Breakfast was very good.

The bed is comfortable and a big screen TV is always nice. Note the excellent Wi-Fi connection in the room, powerful and stable, and a decent restaurant as well. Only downside: the cleanliness, particularly of the bathroom with dust on the hair dryer, the socket of the towel dryer mounted upside down next to the shower, with water which can seep in, paint which flakes because it is not suitable for damp rooms... But the quality/price ratio remains very correct

I am currently staying at the Ibis Styles Douai and I am absolutely delighted with my experience! The establishment offers pleasant comfort in a modern and welcoming setting. But what really made my stay enjoyable was the incredibly responsive and attentive staff. Their professionalism and dedication really made the difference. A big thank you to the whole team for making my stay so pleasant and carefree. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Douai

06/04/2024: Great chip shop in Douai we only come there twice a month Small problem during your visit we ask for no raw vegetables in the American chti's but we do not have raw vegetables and frozen steak cooked almost rare blue we are not allowed to serve a frozen steak rare or blue to avoid any contamination rule of hygiene. I think that the tall dark-haired lady and your wife not very smiling or friendly when working in customer contact there is a minimum... Otherwise the boss is always well served in the chip shop
