Honestly, the staff on Sunday were fantastic, smiling, very polite, and attentive. Sitting on the lovely terrace, enjoying a delicious sandwich, was a real pleasure.

I was greeted by a very professional, welcoming, and helpful bearded gentleman; I highly recommend him. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

Frankly disappointed with the customer service at Subway. The short employee who served us was completely unpleasant, didn't even answer our questions, and gave the impression that we were bothering him. Luckily, his slightly taller colleague took over and was much more professional and pleasant. Without him, the experience would have been disastrous.

Being sick, I asked my girlfriend to buy me a sandwich with a brownie. The sandwich wasn't the right one, so I called and they checked with my girlfriend. The result was the correct sandwich made again, and a free brownie and two cookies. I felt I had to leave a review following the handling of the complaint and the customer service.
