Subway sur Brive-La-Gaillarde

The meal was very good, but I was very disappointed by the attitude of one of the saleswomen. She addressed me informally right away, even though we didn't know each other, while I made the effort to use formal address. On several occasions, her tone seemed mocking. For example, when I simply said I didn't want a bag, she insisted I wasn't going to pay for it, even though that wasn't the point at all. It's a shame, because the food was very good, but the service really left much to be desired.

Honestly, the staff on Sunday were fantastic, smiling, very polite, and attentive. Sitting on the lovely terrace, enjoying a delicious sandwich, was a real pleasure.

I was greeted by a very professional, welcoming, and helpful bearded gentleman; I highly recommend him. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

Frankly disappointed with the customer service at Subway. The short employee who served us was completely unpleasant, didn't even answer our questions, and gave the impression that we were bothering him. Luckily, his slightly taller colleague took over and was much more professional and pleasant. Without him, the experience would have been disastrous.
