Top-notch staff. A big thank you to Lilou and Magali who were very welcoming and offered great advice. A fantastic team, very dynamic and friendly. Highly recommended.
Today, I'm giving it 3 stars, but it's a real rip-off for this Subway.
The food: bland. Neither bad nor excellent. The sandwich was barely warm, which definitely didn't help with enjoying the meal.
The service: the staff is incredibly indifferent. You almost feel like you're bothering them when you place your order and they have to prepare the sandwiches… Except that, gentlemen, at some point, it's your job.
With my three friends' orders and mine, they were already completely overwhelmed. I don't even want to imagine what it's like during a real rush.
The atmosphere: no smiles, and above all, the language used in front of customers is frankly appalling. A minimum of professionalism and hospitality would really be welcome.
In short, a very average experience. The quality/service ratio is clearly lacking.
