16/11/2025: As a regular customer of your chip shop, I was quite disappointed with my visit today. There was a very poor communication with the staff. We ordered two Savoyard-style burgers, but some ingredients were missing. We had to ask for a replacement, which was difficult. When we inquired about the ingredients included in the recipe, they told us they were extra, even though Gruyère cheese and ham are included. Due to the difficulty in communicating, we left with Savoyard-style burgers that included a steak and Gruyère cheese. Furthermore, the portions were significantly smaller than before. This doesn't make me want to return.

02/11/2025: We got two kebabs and fries to go tonight, very good, generous portions. It's not our first time here and it's always excellent! Thank you and best of luck!
