A classic Subway that does the job. Just be aware that it's busy during peak hours when there are a lot of students.

As a student nearby (Polytech Nice-Sophia), I've gotten into the habit of eating here. The subs on offer are very good and well-stocked. The cleanliness of the terrace and the window display is proof of the good compliance with health standards throughout the restaurant. Finally, the service is very pleasant, the staff takes the time to chat with us. I'll probably be back for a long time...
