When delivered, three-quarters of the time the bread is cold! When eaten in the store, it's often overcooked, hard, and missing half the ingredients.

I stopped by during my first week of my Tour de France. I picked up an order as an Uber Eats courier. There was a bit of a wait, but the team was very friendly and possessed legendary sandwich expertise. The estimated wait time was exactly the actual wait time, stopwatch in hand. It's great to deal with people who are true to their word and who respect the couriers.

I placed an order today on Uber and once again I haven't received my entire order. I'm a regular at this restaurant, but after a while, incomplete orders for delivery are no longer an option, and Uber doesn't reimburse us, so we end up paying €25 for a salad and a sandwich. I should add that the salad is significantly reduced in size and isn't worth the price. Nothing like Cannes, where I sometimes go when I'm there. A very common problem with this fast food restaurant when ordering from Uber.
