SuMiBi Kaz sur Paris

J'ai eu le plaisir de dîner et de déjeuner dans votre restaurant lors de mon séjour de deux jours à Paris. l'anguille : elle était quasiment identique à celle que j'ai pu déguster au Japon, et même supérieure. I had the opportunity to dine at your restaurant for two days while I was in Paris. I ordered the tasting menu, and every dish truly showcased the high quality of the ingredients. I was particularly impressed by the deliciousness of the eel. It was almost indistinguishable from the eel I've had in Japan, and perhaps even better. I sincerely appreciate the chef's deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine and the wonderful service.

I ordered the lunch set. It was delicious. However, the curry sauce and the grilled fish sauce were a bit strong and sweet. It tastes good at first, but you start to get tired of it as you eat. I ordered dessert as well, but for some reason—whether they were out of stock or the server forgot—I only ate the lunch set without dessert and paid for that. It is a good place for a date, though.

I had the chicken teriyaki donburi, which was absolutely delicious. The black sesame mochi was also fantastic. And the staff were lovely. Great experience! I'll definitely be back.

What a wonderful discovery! The food is fantastic and the service very pleasant. I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance but will definitely be back. The eel is particularly delicious. The full menu is worth trying to discover all the different flavors.

Fine and varied Japanese cuisine with very well-balanced flavors. Special mention for the unagi, which is excellent! The service is also perfect.

Great place. The lunch menu is excellent value for money. The gourmet coffee/tea is a must-try; it's a lovely homemade selection. Just be careful of sand in the knives—it happened to us twice ;)

A very beautiful and spotless restaurant with superb decor! Excellent service with a smile. The bento box was delicious and a great choice for trying a little bit of everything. I enjoyed the small soy and seaweed salad as a starter, a nice change from coleslaw... While the prices are certainly high, the quality is exceptional in every respect. Note: Reservations are absolutely essential and must be made at least a week in advance.
