30/07/2026: I enjoyed an excellent dinner at Le Volney. The dishes were beautifully nuanced, flavorful, and original without ever feeling pretentious. Service was warm and attentive, and the overall price‑to‑quality ratio was very good. Despite its central location, I was the only guest on this Thursday evening — surprising given the high quality. Perhaps the absence of a written menu makes it harder for potential visitors to know what to expect. Based on my experience, however, I strongly recommend embracing the culinary adventure and letting the team guide you toward something fitting from their small but carefully curated selection.
