I got sushi and skewers to go today. The salmon was fresh and delicious. The skewers were good too. I recommend it.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of our delivery order. We got the poke bowl and the beef with onions. The beef was the best I've had in a long time.

22/05/2026: An excellent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Rue St. Rémy! I had lunch there with colleagues during the week and had a very pleasant experience, both in terms of the service and the food. The three-course menu with starter and dessert was very tempting. The miso soup is one of the best I've ever tasted; the broth is intensely flavorful. The salmon carpaccio consists of sashimi with a homemade sauce that's absolutely delicious. The gyoza and vegetable tempura are equally delightful. All this accompanied by explanations from the chef, who clearly knows his stuff. Thank you for the warm welcome, and see you soon!
19/05/2026: A very warm welcome and an excellent meal. I thoroughly enjoyed the katsu curry, which was delicious and very generous!
