Having a night bus to catch I went to this restaurant to have dinner and wait for my bus! The staff is very pleasant, efficient and very cheerful! I had an exceptional dinner! Excellent from start to finish! I really enjoyed it! The soup was delicious, the dish excellent and for dessert I listened to the recommendation of the chocolate mochi which is a DELIGHT! Thank you for this moment, I will come back occasionally! Very unexpected for a restaurant near a train station! 🚉🫶🏽

Lovely waitresses, fast service and unbeatable value for money. The menus are very well done and excellent. I go back often and am never disappointed. I can only recommend! :)

Small rooms, but perfect, very courteous welcome. A well-designed menu, without excess or atypical or out-of-context products. The prices are very affordable. The makis are prepared correctly, not too tight, rice cooked as it should, no damaged maki at the end of the cut. Very pleasant taste, not too strong. The maki omelettes are delicious.

Commander en livraison produit frais et pas mauvais malheureusement les maki sont beaucoup trop gros et se casse facilement au niveau de l algue et trop de riz dans les sushi dont la riz fait un gros bloque alors qu on devrait sentir les grain de riz se désagrèger en bouche mais ce n est pas le cas ici mais au goût cela est assez satisfaisant .

01/11/2023: A resident of the neighborhood, 1001 Sushi is a perfect restaurant for simple and effective Japanese cuisine at a truly affordable price. The service is always satisfactory, helpful and very cheerful! The menus are very varied (special mention at N2) and always tasty. Thank you for delighting us with each order :)

03/04/2024: very nice place, their yakisoba is delicious!
01/04/2024: We ordered Yakisoba and Chachu ramen. The Yakisoba plate was enough, and I liked the taste. It is a very reasonable price and has a great atmosphere, like an authentic ramen shop in Japan. We went there around 18:00, with only a few guests inside. Good to stop by for a quick dinner.
