Sushi One sur Bourges

The best sushi I've eaten in Bourges. I recommend it.

Ate here on a weekday lunchtime in June 2026 just prior to the premises itself closing for lunch. Premises was clean and staff were friendly. We do not speak French (visiting from an English speaking country) but were able to communicate well enough to order food. The food was excellent. I had the CC5 - Marinated Chirashi which was some of the best food I have every had. The chicken skewers were lovely as was the light miso soup. Would eat here again if visiting the city and would recommend.

A must-try restaurant, truly the best sushi in Bourges! The sushi is huge and so delicious, offering excellent value for money! Special mention to the incredibly welcoming and always smiling waitress. Her professionalism and kindness make all the difference and make you want to come back!

Everything was so delicious. And the servise was good.

I get it delivered by them at least once every two months and I think their maki is super good.
