When I booked my first trip to Paris, I didn't realize that the ratio of Lebanese to Japanese restaurants would be like 5/1. It seems like there is a Lebanese restaurant on every block, but this is the only sushi restaurant I saw in the week that I have been in Paris so far.
I stayed at the Britannique and I could see Sushi One from my balcony, so I decided to give them a shot. It really isn't bad at all. The service was great and the place is clean, but also kinda run down. Still, not bad. I live in Chicago and we have world renowned sushi chefs there. We have sushi restaurants that put this place to shame, but this is still better than 80% of the others I have tried
Overall neutral//satisfactory experience.
Fast service although quite random both in quantity and in the food served itself (we receive things that we did not order, and others are missing that we expected), quality dishes consistent with the price paid.
We come back for the price (all-you-can-eat formula at +/- €20), because it's central (Châtelet) and because it's always a pleasant time!
