I've been coming here 3 or 4 times since March and I think it's going to be my favorite. It's been too long since I was this satisfied at a sushi shop.

having tried several, it’s definitely the best sushi shop I’ve been able to try! the sushi is good the staff is very smiling and welcoming I highly recommend

Quiet restaurant where you can eat peacefully I just find it a shame that none of the cutlery was reusable...

28/08/2024: Very good restaurant with quality seafood. The service is not up to par with the restaurant: having to get up 3-4 times during the meal to ask for what was initially requested (sauce, sparkling water, etc.). Not very professional and not even the coffee offered for the inconvenience. Damage.
30/07/2024: This was an average, a very average Japanese restaurant: clearly prepared for non initiated clients. The decoration and service is French and not Japanese. Food was just average. Apart from the price nothing was differentiating from a usual average Japanese restaurant in rue Sainte Anne in Paris. It was not bad but definitely not worth 49€ menu.

19/08/2024: I have come to Matsuri several times and twice since the rebranding! The setting is really great, very beautiful decor! The director is adorable, very welcoming and so is the sushiman who always works with precision and is smiling ☺️ They accept our doggy friends 🐶❤️ and finally excellent value for money when you book on the fork!! Small downside: orders don't always go through the QR code on the phone in the kitchen so check with the waiters!
