What a great idea to settle in at Pierre Sang Réaumur's for lunch today! Delicious bibimbaps and above all a very warm welcome from Singa and Jerôme.

I love eating bim bim bap at Pierre Sang; it's very good and complete. But I was very disappointed during my last visit. You have to order at a kiosk, even though there was no one in front of you and the waitress was available. The price has gone up by 70 cents for ordering at a kiosk. Who prints two useless tickets, poor planet. No more social interaction and interaction with the servers and cooks? What a shame in a place owned by a great chef? This principle needs to be reviewed so I'll come back.

I really liked L'Express de Pierre Sang for its simplicity and efficiency. The experience was clear: a few well-defined choices, strong reference points, and a speed that made you want to come back regularly.
