At Sushi Sun, this is more than achieved: The Sushi and Sashimi: The slices of salmon and tuna are thick, melt in your mouth, and are absolutely fresh (no strong odor, a beautiful color). The rice is perfectly seasoned (the right balance of vinegar and sugar) and has the ideal texture, neither too dense nor too crumbly. California and Maki Rolls: Special mention goes to the Crispy Rolls and the Avocado California Rolls. The avocado is perfectly ripe, the crispiness is incredibly fresh, and the flavor combinations are a resounding success. The portions are generous and not 90% rice, as is so often the case elsewhere.
