24/11/2024: VERY GOOD = fast service & quite careful cuisine, correct prices, satisfactory quantities = so it's VERY GOOD but what a shame (🚫)⚠️ YES too bad that #E621 [#Sodium Glutamate] this flavor enhancer which gives this good taste of meat, but ADDITIVE so controversial because of its neurotoxic effects (after meals: symptoms of dry mouth, pasty tongue, congested digestion, even difficult,... but also disorders in children, including hyperactivity, irritability, which would promote epileptic seizures... Do not be surprised after a meal to feel thirsty and drink up to a liter of water) ☆ It's a shame that this Glutamate [E621] is present and used in cooking in the majority of dishes at #KAPTHaïPARIS at 7 rue du Poteau 75018 Paris...
